This like new Custom Saddle has barely been used and owned for less than a year.  
I am the original owner  and have taken excellent care of the 17" Standard Flap Revolution Dressage Saddle.  It is made of soft, supple buffalo, on the seat and knee pads, with textured buffalo on the skirts and flaps, which provide
