Alexis Tozour got qualifying score on both Rosie(4th Level) and Hootie(3rd Level)

We had a great show with perfect weather!

Highlights included Roark getting a 62% in the Prix St Georges, I was very impressed by this super young
Friesian stallion, big move up from 2nd level last year!

Warsteiner won both the Prix St Georges and Intermediare I(his debut)

Vanessa(Wendy Garfinkel rode) won both her 2nd level Classes with 63 and 66% - this was her first recognized show ever!

Nor'ee(Nimbus' little girl) won all 3 of her classes and was 1st Level Champion

Kevin got a 66% in her Training Level qualifying class with Springer, their first time out

Alexis had her first show with Liberty and won both Young Rider classes

Laurie rode her super youngster Deco at first level and he is developing great!

on February 20, 2010. He was very sick again.

I made the difficult but correct decision to let him have the peace he deserved with dignity and the respect

Flying Change Farm Hosts Educational Vet Talks

On January 15th, following another great dinner presented by Wendi, Dr Mike Fugaro spoke about maintaining
performance horses. Following clear explanations of arthritis and how joint injections and other techniques can
help, Dr Fugaro answered many questions. This talk was so well received, that I have asked him to return
in March for the second in our educational series of talks. On Friday March 5th, Dr Fugaro will speak on
The Anatomy of the Horse. Hopefully this will help us to understand how some of the most important
structures of the horse work, and how they influence us in our daily riding, training and management of the horses.

Dr. Mike Fugaro graduated from the University of Delaware and then completed his veterinary training at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary
Medicine. Dr. Fugaro completed an internship at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, and a large animal surgical residency at Purdue University.
He is board certified in large animal surgery and a member of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and does surgery at Dr Furlong's and Associates in Oldwick, NJ.
